Description of use case/product/solution - "Fake Domains / Phishing Sites –Similar sounding/Similar looking /Phishing sites are a real threat to an organization. CloudSEK XVigil checks with leading domain registrars like GoDaddy, Google domains and helps with the takedown of impersonating websites, that may otherwise cause brand reputation to go for a toss as well as incur a huge financial loss to the end customers if weaponised.

Rogue / Fake Mobile Applications–Using fake or outdated apps downloaded from non-reliable sources could get customer's credentials compromised. CloudSEK XVigil scans for 3rd Party/official app stores for any fake/rogue apps that resonate with the brand.

Fake Customer Care number / Customer care number Scam –Fake customer care numbers are posted on internet forums and Social media to lure users to connect and then share critical details over the unofficial channel and eventually the end-user gets compromised. CloudSEK XVigil scans for various internet forums and social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to check if something of this sort is posted and push the alert along with the bad actor details

Fake Social Media Pages / Brand Pages–CloudSEK XVigil detect if a threat actor with bad ill intent is trying to impersonate Brand/Social Media pages of organizations on social media platform such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Source code / Repositories leaks–CloudSEK XVigil scans major code sharing/hosting platforms but not limited to GitHub, Bitbucket and would alert as soon as there is a match as per the asset of the organization. The asset could range from domains, associated subdomains, associated IPs, brand watchwords, product watchwords, etc. There could be a mention of an organization’s asset within a line of code inside a file, or in a repository or a simple description, all of these would be detected and reported to the organization enabling them to take remediation steps right away

Server credential leaks–CloudSEK XVigil monitor and report on any server credential leaks on Paste sites including but not limited to Pastebin, PasteFS

3rd Party Data leaks–CloudSEK XVigil would identify if any data is leaked by vendors/ contractors/ service providers leveraging the organization’s assets and defined watchwords.

Dark marketplaces–CloudSEK XVigil monitors thousands of dark marketplaces. CloudSEK XVigil provides a historical reference of the previous listing and is extremely useful for tracking purposes.

Misconfigured Web Applications –CloudSEK XVigil performs more than 50 checks for detecting misconfigurations in an organization’s internet-facing web applications. The platform scan web applications thoroughly for any low hanging security vulnerabilities too, old or new, and any other events that might require immediate attention and remediation.
